Legal/Financial is an optional benefit offered to our clients.  Services include:

Legal Services – EAP members are entitled to up to ½ hour consultation time with an attorney in your area at no cost on each new legal matter that you encounter.

Once you have completed your initial consultation, you are entitled to a twenty five percent reduction from the attorney’s normal rate, should you wish to retain his or her services. It is important to understand that you are under no obligation to retain the attorney. Further, we will assure you of compatibility with the attorney. So if you do not feel comfortable with the attorney’s qualifications or approach, you may request a second referral.

Financial Services - EAP members are entitled to benefits surrounding financial consultation services. There are several avenues available to you through our staff, including professionals with experience in accounting, banking and insurance; CPA’s, and Certified Financial Planners (CFP’s); all of whom are available to provide members with time and services to meet your needs.
