24-Hour Crisis Telephone Response
Professional telephone crisis counseling 24 hours/day, seven days a week.
Confidential Assessment and Counseling Services
Licensed, professional counselors deliver quality assessment and brief, solution- focused therapy in safe, confidential office locations. Our professional EAP counselors provide assistance with substance abuse, family problems, emotional concerns, addictions, relationship issues, depression, work-related issues and other personal concerns.
Referral Support, Tracking and Follow-up
Assistance with referrals for longer-term counseling or treatment based on client need, Follow-up and return-to-work assistance provided.
Crisis Management and Critical Incident Response / (CISD)
When a traumatic event affects your workplace, it is critical to the organization’s health to provide for crisis intervention and support for employees and management. Jorgensen Brooks Group delivers over 20 years experience with workplace crisis management. Our crisis management team provides onsite support and debriefing after critical incidents occur, including violence, fatalities, robberies, natural disasters, and other traumatic events that impact your employees. We deliver:

DFW and DOT Training and Development
