Jorgensen/Brooks Group specializes in professional, customized EAP service delivery, crisis response and workplace-based training services for employers around the United States and worldwide.

Client companies are provided EAP assessment and counseling services under a 3 to 8 visit model. Assessment, referral and/or brief EAP counseling is provided for a variety of personal issues.

Licensed BH clinicians are invited to join our group as an EAP Affiliate. Affiliates include counselors or therapists in private practice who conduct assessments and brief, solution-focused EAP counseling sessions on behalf of Jorgensen/Brooks Group.

Jorgensen/Brooks Group pays its Affiliates according to the level of commitment to the EAP field.  The standard rate is $60.00 per session, but a higher rate is provided for EAPA members and CEAPs.

In order to join the Jorgensen/Brooks Group EAP Affiliate panel, just do the following:

• Possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Submit proof of current licensure/certification in your state
• Submit proof of professional liability insurance (minimum required limits are $1,000,000 per claim/ $3,000,000 aggregate.)
• Submit your current resume
• Submit a completed J/BG Affiliate Application (provide on site for download)
