ABOUT RANDAL E. BROOKS, MA, CPC, CEAP Vice-President

Randy Brooks has worked in the EAP, addiction and behavioral health fields for over twenty years as a therapist, speaker and trainer. He is known nationally for his marketing and business development success as well as workplace violence prevention, management consultation and conflict resolution work.

Mr. Brooks helps companies manage change, enhance workplace safety, and create empowered leaders and teams. He focuses on outcomes that support sustained corporate performance and improvement.

Randy Brooks was the District Four Director (Western US) of the international Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). Mr. Brooks received a Certificado De Socio Honorario from the president of Rotary Club de Natal Ponta Negra Concedea for International Service March 2003 for excellence in International service. Mr. Brooks also received the southern Arizona Employee Assistance Professional of the Year Award in 2001. He is a graduate of the Greater Tucson Leadership training. In 2001 Randy was awarded recognition from the Mayor of Tucson for professional volunteer activities. He is a former commissioner on the international Employee Assistance Certification Commission, and is the author of "Any Monkey - A Helpful Look At Addictive Gambling" published in 1999.
